I wanted to cancel a Trial Subscription in good time to make sure that it didn't run into a yearly commitment, so wrote to Paddle with my request. My reply from Kishi, and her subsequent mails, were really courteous and obliging. My fears of a battle to get the subscription cancelled didn't eventuate at all. I was genuinely impressed.
