Great people make a company great.
I was surprised I received a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $240. Al the information given was that it came from Paddle. I disputed the charge as invalid and PayPal concluded that it was a valid contract between Paddle and I. I went to the paddle website and asked what the charge was for. I had trouble navigating the website…
I had trouble navigating the website for the application download for Clean My Mac. so I wrote an query email for instructions late one evening.I was surprised and pleased to find a prompt and helpful response on opening my computer the following morning from their associated Paddle Website. Never did I expect or have gotten such a prompt response to such a query.Someone there must have actually been monitoring their customer emails in a timely fashion.
