Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the product as planned and without any issue from the company, they immediately refunded by purchase. The exchange was effortless, no calls necessary, quick and efficient. Because of this demonstration of customer service, i would certainly considering purchasing another product in the future.

Was very easy to cancel.

I had a very positive experience. The most impressive part about it was cancelling my subscription. It happened exactly the way I wish all Subs would work. I received a timely email saying that the annual subscription was going to be renewed with my credit card on file, but with plenty of time to cancel without being charged. I ended my sub, and got a friendly personal email back thanking me for my business... and then a follow up email from customer service asking if everything was ...

Great customer service Gemma!

I found the customer service person at Paddle extremely responsive and on top of the questions about my account. In the past, I was loathe to use email to resolve questions/issues but my experience with Gemma at Paddle changed that perspective. My questions were answered quickly and fully with a tone that made me feel like there was an actual pleasent person on the other end. Paddle/AVC DISHONORABLE

I have subscribed to Any Video Convertor for a couple of years. I renewed subscription this year by way of "Paddle.com" and cannot use the application without a VALID registration code, which you are supposed to receive upon paying. I have been given invalid/expired registration codes from their customer service over the past month, and as of today have had to escalate my complaint to a Paypal decision panel.
