I bought a new computer and the folks at Paddle (Adrian in particular) were just wonderful. Helped me get my license transferred to the new mac in literally less than an hour. Super responsive and helpful.

Customer support was among the best, maybe the best I've experienced in many years of software use. Tom Gesim was the representative who handled my issue of canceling an auto-renewal with very kind support. The cancelation was only due. to successfully removing duplicate files and the addition of a fast, large capacity hard drive.
