Very Positive
Quite a few of my software purchases are handled by Paddle. Typically you don't think much about them. They are just the agent for the transaction. Recently, however, I did have an issue with a purchase, and one I created myself. I contacted Paddle and they went out of their way to help me and to resolve the issue. There were a number of emails back and forth and their representative was always professional and cordial. It's my opinion that Paddle is a wonderful choice.

Paddle took payment twice due to my error.
Paddle took payment twice due to my error, but soon resolved and the refund of £29.95 is already back in my bank.Bearing in mind the world has been hit by the Covid 19 virus, I think that companies like Paddle and other payment processors are doing a fine job

Outbyte PC Repair
I found out through Pay Pal that an Outbyte PC Repair purchase was made from my account. I filed a complaint and asked for a refund with Paddle stating that I never made a purchase for this item and that I never heard of it. Paddle responded immediately and in no time, and they were able to refund me the amount of money that was taken out of my account. Thank You Paddle!

Easy to use tool, clean user interface, but it does not have a driver update utility I needed.Customer service was quick to respond and refund.
