Responsive staff answers my question about an unidentified charge.
Although the web based tool was not able to locate and identify my credit card charge, the staff responded in less than 24 hours with an explanation of the charge that I had. Camille resolved my issue promptly and the email confirmations of my initial question and the response gave me confidence my issue was being dealt with.
