In a word Outstanding!!!

In a word Outstanding!!!I cancelled my order through Paddle not because they had a bad product. In fact it was one of the best. I requested to cancel my order with Paddle ONLY because I found a competitor that was a slightly better fit for my needs.Jill was Outstanding and processed my order the next day. No questions asked, she was polite, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend using them!

I had a question about a charge from PADDLE.COM

I had a question about a charge from PADDLE.COM on my Paypal account. I decided to contact Paddle first to see if they could explain the charge. Within a day the company's customer service had answered my query, helping to remind me that I had purchased software from a company they work with. All was well. Very pleased.

The software (PDFexpert) is AWESOME

The software (PDFexpert) is AWESOME. Had an issue where my card was rejected (according to Paddle) and so I gave it again, and wouldn't you know it, Capital One contacts me that my card was run twice. So I emailed them and they took care of it right away. All good.

I had billing issue and Paddle took care of it immediately. With most companies you go thru hoops to get response to issues. They emailed me twice in reassure me that the issues were resolved. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating.
