I had to cancel a subscription to CleanMyMac.
I had to cancel a subscription to a computer cleaning app just after I had authorized payment for the coming year's subscription cost. I was fearful it would be difficult or even impossible. But Paddle was managing payments and refunds. Shortly after I ended my subscription and asked for my payment to be cancelled, it happened! Just as I had requested! Transfer license to new Mac
I received a new Mac and had to transfer my CleanMyMac license to the new computer. I could not find the right way to do so, so I contacted Paddle technical support by email. I promptly received an email which explained what to do, and I was up and running on the new Mac in short order.

Customer service that is above and beyond!
The software did not solve my issue which is no fault of theirs. Despite the fact that I asked for a refund, which was promptly given, a tech from the company still reached out with a series of steps I should go through in an effort to solve the problem.
