I had to cancel a subscription to CleanMyMac.

I had to cancel a subscription to a computer cleaning app just after I had authorized payment for the coming year's subscription cost. I was fearful it would be difficult or even impossible. But Paddle was managing payments and refunds. Shortly after I ended my subscription and asked for my payment to be cancelled, it happened! Just as I had requested! Transfer license to new Mac

I received a new Mac and had to transfer my CleanMyMac license to the new computer. I could not find the right way to do so, so I contacted Paddle technical support by email. I promptly received an email which explained what to do, and I was up and running on the new Mac in short order.

I recently noticed a charge on my credit card from Paddle. I contacted Paddle and it turned out to be a recurring charge for software no longer applicable to my system. They swiftly evaluated and granted my request for a refund. No hassle, no fuss. Great experience.

Customer service that is above and beyond!

The software did not solve my issue which is no fault of theirs. Despite the fact that I asked for a refund, which was promptly given, a tech from the company still reached out with a series of steps I should go through in an effort to solve the problem. That didn't work either but at this point I think I've worked out that the problem is a particular web site, so again it's not fault of this company or their product.
