I have 2 charges on my Am Ex credit card .............5009 from Paddle
I have 2 charges on my credit card from Paddle. I have no idea if the charges are legit or not. I either accept the charges and pay or contact Paddle and try to get more detail. But trying to get more detail is a cat chasing it's tail. Spinning in circles. So I will protest the charges against Am Ex and make it as difficult and time consuming as possible. Excellent response time
Excellent response timeI had connection trouble when I bought a PC performance app that used Paddle, and I inadvertently sent my payment more than once. I needed to contract Paddle by emailing their help desk. I wasn't expecting the quick and thorough response to my reimbursement request, but they were on it immediately and it was fixed next day. Thanks.

A while back I got their post production bundle to help with some problems that I was having with a particular video and I was very pleased with their performance.
