Paddle was very responsive.…
Paddle responded very fast to my enquiry. They were service oriented and proactive in resolving my problem. All to often when dealing with purchases over the web, actions seem automated and cumbersome. Not so with Paddle. Their interaction was personalized and effective. I was very satisfied.

I’m impressed by their prompt response. Although I couldn’t use the app because I couldn’t get access to the target phone, they refunded my purchase fast and I didn’t have to keep calling. Truly amazing customer service.

I recently had to contact Paddle about a amount of money which had been removed from my Paypal account.
I recently had to contact Paddle about a payment that was taken from my Paypay account. I sent off an email to them and almost instantly I had a reply from Tom. They sorted my query which for a quite small amount I was very impressed. This is a trust worthy Company to deal with. I would highly recommend using them without hesitation.
