This company is the best

This company is the best - It has wonderful, attentive customer support, and their agents are attentive and quick to respond. There was a misunderstanding with my order. Instead of just passing the issue to the actual vendor on the product, the folks at Paddle made sure it was quickly straightened out. Thanks again, Paddle! I'll be back.

Refund due to Corona Virus

Paddle was so kind to cancel my Merlin Project Planning subscription as my projects have been cancelled due to the Corona Virus. I forgot to do so in time. Upon asking they refunded the yearly amount and cancelled the subscription for me! Thanks so much!

Honest, fast , compassionate service

Someone made a fraudulent purchase with my PayPal account and bought a program from Paddle. I emailed them immediately to let them know as well as PayPal. Gemma from Paddle was on it immediately and contacted me and in a matter of days I was refunded. Amazing, honest, helpful staff. Very much appreciated. I still have not heard anything back from PayPal. Bravo Gemma!!! Highly recommend any dealings with this company. Great integrity.

Thank You Paddle

I had paid for and downloaded some software over a year ago. I. months later uninstalled the software. A year later, I received an email saying that the software company was billing me again for this year. Apparently this software has an automatic subscription billing plan. I was quite upset. But luckily for me, Paddle cancelled my subscription easily. This was done online automatically without my having to phone someone. Paddle was really great to work with.Thank You!Cathy Bell

I give the Paddle folks top marks

I give the Paddle folks top marks. When I inadvertently ordered the same software twice and asked for a refund of the second purchase price, I received a speedy credit of the amount to my credit card account along with a courteous email from a Paddle staff member alerting me to the pending refund. No if, ands, or buts; just a prompt refund. Can't get any better than that!

Quick customer service

I tried their cleanup product because my old pc was so slow. It turned out that my problem was no due to the need of cleanup, and the product didn’t make my pc any faster, so I requested a refund. They were very quick to respond and processed the refund without any fuss. Thanks!
