Quality Customer Service

A great example of Quality Customer Service. Being a very minor customer of Paddle I enjoyed the quality of service that, I would imagine, VIPs receive. Fast, efficient and understandable response to my query and, so it appeared to me, Caring in the upmost. Problem resolved and total satisfaction received. Thank you Paddle.

I contacted Paddle.com with a request…

I contacted Paddle.com with a request to cancel a subscription that was no longer needed. Within a short few days, (about 2 days), I was able to get it canceled. What a great service -- there have been others who have not been so easy to accommodate me.

This is only if you are a developer

This is only if you are a developer. Paddle makes a lot for you if you are just a small business, however if you are a developer the experience is horrible. No test environment, you must use real payment method if you want to test your transactions logic

I requested a refund for a subscription…

I requested a refund for a subscription that I hadn't cancelled and although this was my error, they happily refunded the charge and cancelled the subscription. This all took one email and it was fixed. Top class service, well done.

Excellent customer support experience

I purchased WpDataTables plugins from Paddle on 05/07/2019 and really enjoyed using the tool for a year.This July, a renewal subscription was automatically made and a charge for $59 was debited on my bank account.I raised the issue with the Paddle Customer support asking for a refund. Within no time, I received a response from the support team acknowledging receipt of my refund claim. Thank you I got refunded within two days. This is an excellent customer support experience.
