Had an unknown charge from Paddle.com
Had an unknown charge from Paddle.com. I used their support chatbot to find out who was behind the charge (Paddle is just a payment system). Within a min or so, I was able to see what/who charged me. I didn't authorize the charge, and I let the Paddle chatbot know. It immediately refunded the charge (although it will take a few days for it to show in the account). Using the Paddle chatbot was extremely quick and easy.
