AI Customer Service Option was a Breeze!
In completing year-end review of credit card statements, I saw a January charge that had not been recorded nor was it recognized. Going to the paddle.net site and using the automated customer service was a breeze! In less than 5 minutes, I had the details of my purchase and a receipt sent to me. Way easier and user friendly than calling some 1-800 number and waiting on hold for who-knows-how-long. Thanks for a great customer experience! ps.
