Fraudulent Charges
On 23.09.2020 08.38 German time Paddle.net has charged Euro 7.73 under the name "Paddle.net* Paddle".They had my card details when I bought TG-Pro app (Paddle.net* Tunabelly) on 22.04.2020 19.31 German time. But they have charged Euro 7.73 now for no reason. I don't trust the company. Avoid!

I have been very happy with the speed and thoroughness of response to address questions and make adjustments Well done Paddle I had auto renewal on 2 units when I had removed one and forgotten check states a refund was received very promptly

Excellent no hassle customer care
I downloaded the program and ran it but did not find it had improved the performance of my PC. I asked for cancellation of my subscription and refund of payment. Everything was done as requested within 48 hrs. Excellent customer care. No hassle refund process.

Great customer service
I bought the software to find a problem and resolve it on my laptop. I used it once, it looked quite promising by the tasks it performed. However it did not solve my problem. I asked for a refund and it was issued just in a a few days. I appreciated the fact that they honor what they say that full refund is issued promptly. It shows great customer service.
