Successful refund procedure with Paddle

I had a software subscription handled through Paddle which I thought I'd cancelled with the software provider. I replied to paddle after I had been billed and found their automated 'bot' replied about it and requested me to answer a few more questions to verify my request. I was a little skeptical when I saw it was a bot not a person but amazingly the procedure was really quick and efficient and my refund was actioned soon after. Very impressed!

i dont have any subscription and they changed 35 usd from my bank account without send any invoice. i make account in padle to se if i se any invoice to get my money back and i cannt find any invoice this just scammer. how can they get money from my acount direct without any invoice. i just deleted my bac account now you will never se any money from me automatic. good lucky next time you try scamme

I must have inadvertently signed-up for…

I must have inadvertently signed-up for a renewable software deal. You could have imagined my surprise when I saw to duplicate charge a year later. I clicked on the "reply" field of the charge staement and explained my problem. The next day, I was sent an email from Elie @ Paddle stating they issued me credit. You imagine my surprise again when I read that! A quick response, no pleading or explaining, BAM! Credit given. I can't ask for anything more than that! Thanks Paddle, Thanks Elie!

Buenos dias me parece el colmo de que me hallan cobra 4 veces un valor de 38000 pesos colombianos y debitarlos de mi cuenta en un solo mes porfavor solicito un reembolso ya q son 120000 en un mes eso es una estafa exigo mi reembolso ya que no he utilizado el servicio y ni se como hacerlo eso me parece una falta de respeto

Comme les personnes ci-dessous, en faisant mes comptes je découvre que j'ai été débitée de 39,95€ le 23/09 alors que je n'ai absolument rien commandé à cette société. Je vais prévenir ma banque mais je demande le remboursement de cette somme indue immédiatement
