Intermédiaire nuisible
Ce sont des intermédiaires entre fabricants de software et les clients. Ils n'apportent strictement rien à l'expérience client. Ils m'ont mis sur prélèvement automatique sans que je le demande. Un seul et unique préavis de 48h avant de me débiter malgré mes injonctions. Sur leur site, le "bot" censé servir les clients est particulièrement obtus et n'a rien pu faire. C'est finalement le fabricant de software qui m'a remboursé.
