Fraudulent debit

I just realized that I've been charged 21.35€ for the past 22 month without ever giving my consent.I got into contact with paddle and they cancelled my "subscription" after charging me 460€ over the course of 22 month, I still don't have any updates regarding the refund of that amount of money. This is theft.This "paddle" thing is complete fraud, please contact me in order to refund these fees that I never agreed to pay.
