They resolved my issue
They resolved my issue, even though it was my error that caused it. My reason for the 4 starts is that I first went through and automated email, which linked to a bot, which linked again to a automated email. I did get a response when I emailed the help email, which made me feel better (at least a human is involved somewhere).
