Paddle Pros!
Old computer was lagging really badly; thought this download would help. Didn't work out, so asked for a refund. Paddle was very accommodating, refunded my money quickly! So nice to find companies that don't argue etc. These guys are pros.

i saw a payment i did not recognize in my PayPal, i did not know who they are, they told me who they are, and who they work with, and then directed me to someone that would help me with the problem i had with canceling the payment.they were very thorough, and helpful.

I received my refund easily and within a few days
I noticed that I had a charge on my card for an app that I downloaded a couple of years ago on my computer. I was pretty sure I had canceled it the year prior but was still getting charged. I forwarded the email to the Paddle help email address in my invoice. Within a day, I received a response asking me for my account information because they couldn’t find anything on file.
