Paddle Pros!

Old computer was lagging really badly; thought this download would help. Didn't work out, so asked for a refund. Paddle was very accommodating, refunded my money quickly! So nice to find companies that don't argue etc. These guys are pros.

Freundliche und kompetente Hotline. Alle Probleme wurden zur vollen Zufriedenheit gelöst. Die Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises war ebenfalls schnell und einfach.Ich gebe dafür fünf Punkte. ****WARNING******Unfortunately I have nothing but bad news with regards to PaddleI have a subscription with MacPaw for CleanMyMac and although Paddle took the money from my account, they are denying any knowledge of doing so and say they can’t find my details. I have sent screenshots, card and account details (last few digits etc) as requested but they still haven’t done anything. i saw a payment i did not recognize in my PayPal, i did not know who they are, they told me who they are, and who they work with, and then directed me to someone that would help me with the problem i had with canceling the payment.they were very thorough, and helpful.

I received my refund easily and within a few days

I noticed that I had a charge on my card for an app that I downloaded a couple of years ago on my computer. I was pretty sure I had canceled it the year prior but was still getting charged. I forwarded the email to the Paddle help email address in my invoice. Within a day, I received a response asking me for my account information because they couldn’t find anything on file.
