A company that stands behind their products
I was looking for a computer cleanup program and thought I'd try Restoro offered by Paddle. The software ended up not solving my problem, but Paddle was great to work with. They first tried to offer suggestions to make it work better but after trying, they were good enough to approve my refund after requesting it.
