A way to do things

I am 85 years old, using only one computer. When I realized that the service of paddle software aims for "company use" and repeated payments, I contacted and cancelled my "subscription". I have got an immediate reaction, first "understanding", and subsequently my future repeated payments were cancelled.

Easy-peasy and friendly, too!

Often I find it difficult to cancel subscriptions to magazines, newspapers and other services. They put you through hoops -- call customer service between these limited hours -- or they make finding the cancel button on their sites a multi-step operation. SO, I was very PLEASED with Paddle.com -- which made it a breeze. They were super-quick in their response, and it was all very simple. IMPRESSIVE! Thank you, Paddle.

Very fast support

Very fast support. Their first response to my request was letting me know that they solved my issue. It typically takes companies at least one email or two back and forth before they even address the problem. So this was excellent.

Help from Paddle (CleanMyMac

I use Paddle (CleanMyMac) regularly to monitor security and tidy up my systems. Due to problems not of Paddle's or my making, I lost access, and let them know. I got an immediate response and all was sorted very quickly. Their quick and courteous service was admirable
