Lost info for Clean My Mac

On Nov 3, 2020 I was going to run Clean My Mac and discovered that the last upgrade of my Mac had wiped out all the info I had on on it. I used the info I had on my receipt and contacted Paddle to find out how to get what I needed to download it. I received the info the same day with all the instructions I needed. I was able to download and run it immediately. I appreciated the fast response and the ease of using it. #18106784

A good experience and service

I needed help from Paddle. I logged in and right away i met Ms Robot - a friendly robot who asked me my question and made sure that she had understood. The question needed a personal contact and my case was sent over. Shortly after i received a mail with the information and the needed action.Very positive experience - Thank you to Paddle - and the Ms Robot :D

I contacted Paddle.com for help cancelling a subscription from a vendor they do business with. The Paddle representative got back to me right away and gave me the information that was needed. The matter was handled quickly and efficiently.

It Would Seem I Had No Problems I asked to unsubscribe from one of…

I asked to unsubscribe from one of their clients. They responded immediately, gave me instructions, confirmed my unsubscription, and followed up. Unless they’ve completely lied to me, I’m happy with them.
