Subscription auto renewed

My renewal for CleanmyMac came off my PayPal account, however Mac was sold months ago. I contacted Paddle who directed me pretty much straight away to a link to cancel subscription and then “talk” to virtual assistant about refund. I was dubious about the 2nd part but wow, told it refund, asked for email address and then amount and BINGO...all done ✅. I will DEFINITELY renew my subscription to a fantastic product when I finally get my MacBook Pro. A++++

Cancelling subscription

I had forgotten that my subscription to Paddle was set to autorenew. I no longer hosted the relevant site so when I was notified of the renewal payment I requested they cancel the transaction and refund my payment. They agreed and refunded promptly. Well done.
