Provisions of refunds
I repeatedly place multiple orders to 'Paddle' for purchases of a new SW release Scrivener 3 for macOS. On my ask 'Paddle' staff investigated and returned funds to my bank. The service was splendid, personal, timely and consistent with what one would expect from a professional customer focussed organization.
