Responsive and Positive Attitude

In response to an annual "auto-renewal" of a software product that I no longer use, my request to have the charge refunded and my subscription cancelled was accepted with no questions and a very positive response from the Paddle.com representative. This type of response is becoming more rare in the online vendor industry - so Paddle.com should be congratulated for their honesty and efficiency.

Excellent service

I had a payment taken from my account it was for ‘clean my Mac’ I no longer have the MAC and I’d completely forgotten that it was on an automatic payment. I emailed Paddle immediately and asked for a refund. I got a reply almost immediately and got it sorted. Extremely happy at the ease and speed of getting this issue resolved.
