I had a very positive experience with Paddle. I bought software from them but, through no fault of the company or product I had to cancel. I ask for a refund, honestly not expecting a company to do that and they were so curious and nice and extremely fast. They never even ask me why. Unauthorized debit from Paypal account…
Unauthorized debit from Paypal account months after I cancelled the subscription. When I complained to Paypal they said this is "authorized". I sent them all the proof and screenshots of cancelling the service but they denied and said if I need the paper Paypal used for investigation I need to write a postal mail and that is a lengthy process. It seems to me that Paddle is a scam company. Their product is also difficult to uninstall like a virus!

Stop. This website is a scam. Once you send your credit card information here, they will share and spend the money from your credit card. This is a scam company from the Netherlands, so stop buying products on this website. They literally create multiple accounts by their faculty to provide positive reviews. It's a scam.
