Unauthorized debit from Paypal account…
Unauthorized debit from Paypal account months after I cancelled the subscription. When I complained to Paypal they said this is "authorized". I sent them all the proof and screenshots of cancelling the service but they denied and said if I need the paper Paypal used for investigation I need to write a postal mail and that is a lengthy process. It seems to me that Paddle is a scam company. Their product is also difficult to uninstall like a virus!

I had a very positive experience with Paddle. I bought software from them but, through no fault of the company or product I had to cancel. I ask for a refund, honestly not expecting a company to do that and they were so curious and nice and extremely fast. They never even ask me why. Stop. This website is a scam. Once you send your credit card information here, they will share and spend the money from your credit card. This is a scam company from the Netherlands, so stop buying products on this website. They literally create multiple accounts by their faculty to provide positive reviews. It's a scam.
