Thanks a lot to Paddle!

I was billed by my bank for a 1-year subscription to CleanMyMac X-1 from Paddle.Net*MacPaw.C. As I only use Windows OS and not MacOS and not having any knowledge of the subscription, I claimed a refund from Paddle through the help email address thoughtfully provided in the receipt. Frankly, I did not have much hope of getting a refund but was very pleasantly surprised when Paddle responded positively within a very short time and accomodated my request very smoothly without any hassle.

I just wanted to make sure that the subscription for both times I was charged have been cancelled and refunded. Not completely sure how I got subscribed to begin with. It could have been my 6 year old grandson daughter playing with my phone.

I had been charged for a product I did not authorize. It took less than one hour for them to take care of everything. I have never had a service that did that.

Happy with Paddle

Email with download link for pre-ordered software either got lost or inadvertently deleted. Sent inquiry to Skylum (Paddle) and had a note back with download within an hour or so. Then a follow-up note from Paddle to confirm that all was now good. Fast, efficient, courteous - exactly what one expects from online customer service.

Very fast help response

A week ago I could not use my Anytrans programme anymore because I had to reinstall my Mac OS. It was frustrating because I found this software very use-friendly than ITunes etc.When I tried to reinstall this program I Didn’t have the activation code anymore so I sent to Paddle a request email and less than 24 hours I received the code from Katleen from Paddle. Their service was not only limited to pass the activation code but also ensuring if it did solve the issue. What can I say further? ...
