A good idea, poorly managed

The proposition Paddle offers is a genuine one but as others have noted, the service and support around it is often not up to scratch. Even once onboarded, trying to speak to someone over the phone is almost impossible, and in my case after being told by a sales representative that I would be a good fit for Paddle's platform, after 2 weeks spent integrating I was told that was incorrect, they apologised for their error and immediately removed my access.

Great, quick, easy service

I've tried a few website blockers recently, and most have been inadequate. I finally downloaded the free versions of a few different Cold Turkey products, and was really excited that they have the features and flexibility so that I can tailor when I'm able to take breaks and when I need to focus. I inadvertently opened a second account…

I inadvertently opened a second account thinking I was making payment. I wanted to get the old account removed so I'm not paying for both. I see people complaining about getting…

I see people complaining about getting charged for a subscription they didnt get or remember getting. All it takes is just emailing paddle.com to cancel a subscription and they respond with 24 hours. Great customer support!
