Payment help

I had a query over a payment recently, it came through unexpectedly, and a quick email on a Saturday resulted a response on a Sunday to confirm a refund of the paymentI was relieved and thankful for such quick and professional service over the weekend. When I get the next opportunity for scheduling, I would use the software and feel supported by the Paddle. Thankyou!

A great experience with this company

A great experience with this company. I received a notice from them that a subscription I had was about to renew. I returned the email saying that I wanted to cancel the subscription immediately. To my surprise, I promptly received an email acknowledging the cancellation with a link to further assistance if I needed it. Considering you usually have to wait days to hear from companies these days, their promptness was a huge surprise.
