Annual Renewal Fee
I had an issue with a renewal fee for a product I was no longer using, in fact, I was unable to use. I saw a charge in an email for the renewal fee. I contacted support right away, and within hours the concern was acknowledged and the fee was reversed. I have never had such positive and rapid response for a product I was cancelling!

A Total Scam
A Total Scam. Mother purchased something that had a money back guarantee and they were wanting her to pay 280 bucks to remove a virus. There was actually no virus. It was an issue with her user account. She requested a refund through paypal. Paypal said that the service was rendered when they did not. So a complete and total scam. They deserve to die.

Clarification of a purchase.
I had purchased an item which I had forgotten about and contacted paddle.com to clarify what the charge was for. I spoke to Gemma and she was extremely helpful and sent through copies of the invoice. I have no hesitation in recommending paddle.com,Graham SaggersBronte Moon

Item purchase from PaddIe
I purchased an item from Paddle which needed an activation number, which I thought I didn't have. I emailed Paddle explaining my need. I immediately received an email informing me that indeed I did have an activation number, which was sent to me in an email, after my purchase. I checked in my receipt folder and there it was.
