I was experiencing an issue with a software purchase. There was a misunderstanding of the sale price vs. the level of software purchase. Paddle was of extreme help in getting the misunderstanding straightened out between myself and the vendor.

Paddle surprised and delighted recently with extremely fast support. I purchased some software that didn't deliver what I expected and rather than have me jump through hoops, they responded within a few hours and refunded my purchase immediately. Outstanding service.

Support needewd after PC-system changing

I change my PC from Imac in a Macbook and lost my serial, but witrhin 12 hours the support wrote me my Datas so I could easy reinstall and work with CmM.Very quick, friendly and satisfying, wish all support line will be like this!! 5 stars!

I had a great experience with the team. While I did need a refund (due only to user error and a misunderstanding of what I needed the product for), the team was extremely quick to respond (I requested it on Saturday and received a response on Sunday). I saw the refund posted by Monday evening. Customer service is half the battle in business and this firm exceeded the standard.
