Quick and professional response

In a recently fraudulent transaction with TheOneSpy, I requested to them my refund. No answer. But I requested also the refund of my money back to Paddle and they immediately did. It was incredible quick and effectively. Very fast and very good communication.

I did not expect the robot to do anything to help me get my refund. I was pleasantly surprised that within 24* I got an email stating that I would get my refund. This was a great service. I would recommend this company to do business with.

Problem solved on a weekend day!

I had a charge on my credit card that I didn't recognize. Contacted Paddle (on a weekend, no less!) and got an immediate response! Problem solved the same day.

Smooth software purchase and prompt support

I purchase a lot of software for my job, and I’ve noticed that many digital product companies use Paddle to process the purchase. The transactions have always gone well. It alleviates concerns about buying digital products from companies who are not that well known yet. I’ve only had to contact support once, and they responded promptly.

Mistaken subscription refunded immediately.

I decided to subscribe to Restoro and on doing so I mistakenly paid the subscription fee twice within a matter of an hour. As with so many large online companies I thought I would have to say goodbye to the second payment, but no, Restoro refunded it immediately. They are obviously an excellent company and in whom I place my full trust.
