Better than some, but still automated.

The automated assistant was actually pretty easy to use, and I (hopefully) got my issue resolved in less than 5 minutes. Only 4 stars, because I personally prefer talking to a person.

I signed up prematurely for the recovery app. I messaged them immediately and requested a refund. This was last Thursday. The refund was completed immediately and the money appeared in my account today (Sunday) Thank you !!!!

excellent service

I had purchased this software too help clean up my Mac, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. It was easy to get a refund and will definitely consider this program in the future if I need it.

I purchased some software in error

I purchased some software in error. Kino handled the reimbursement. Kino did have to remind me on a few responses that it is a robot and to reframe my response. e.g., Kino had trouble with the amount US$63.06, but did accept $63.06.

Trustworthy site

The customer serivce is very good, and I do not feel they will rip you of your money if you react very fast to pending subscribtions. Processing of request super fast. But give more flexibility to the templates, i.e. pages (it is possible to shrink the CV to two sites, but you cannot get rid of the third site)Also making it possible to change or customize the templates indivudally.Thank you!
