Support for error in billing.
Support for error in billing.I manually paid for renewal and didn't know that I had an automatic renewal in force, so I got charged twice. My bad! However, I was very pleased at the response from Paddle. The support team immediately responded and promptly refunded the over-payment. No haggling, no fuss! Just very professional support.
