Paddle charge on my PayPal…
I saw a charge from Paddle on my PayPal and didn’t remember buying a subscription from them. So I sent an email asking for clarification. The Paddle bot was very helpful in finding an immediate answer. While I wish Paddle would provide details in the payment receipt (because the charge was legitimate and I would have known that if there was an indication of what the charge was for) they were able to resolve my question immediately.

Still room to improve
Overall the application does what it should do so that is okay. Only, not all the sites on the list are working. You should regularly check and update your list. Also the application crashes regularly. Sometimes I have to reboot my pc to let it work again.

Excellent Service
Contacted Paddle initially when software product passcode did not work. They were able to get me a working code from the vendor quickly. Later on I ascertained that the software did not work as advertised. Contacted Paddle -- who quickly arranged a full refund for me. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
