Got the Help I Needed Fast

I had an issue receiving an asset paid for. This could have become a frustrating mess, but the issue was sold - and my product received - quickly and efficiently. Not sure why I never got my stuff in the first place, but that's OK as it as all sorted out quickly and painlessly.

I was charged for software I did not…

I was charged for software I did not have. It turned out that I had bought it 6 months previously but did not have a copy on my computer. They had now charged me for a 6 monthly subscription.When i queried this I got a very prompt response, a refund of the subscription and a cancellation of my involvement, a most satisfactory conclusion.

Great Customer Service

Daryl helped me immensely. However, the two virtual assistants also were very helpful as well. I had a great experience and got a refund the same day.

Doesn't Work.

I have no problem paying the monthly subscription but the program did not work for me. It converted a PDF file to a Word layout but there was no way to edit the converted document. Hence, the program was useless.However, the communication experience was excellent.
