I needed a solution

I needed a solution. They could’ve said no. They could’ve said fine but here’s the stipulation. They could have asked other questions, but they did none of those things. They took care of my problem with a fast and absolute solution and then asked the questions—“is there anything else we can help you with”. That’s the type of service we need in a fast paced world and Paddle gets it.

I had a PDF document that I needed to change into Microsoft Word in order to put in newly discovered figures so I ordered Paddle, paid for it, but before I could download it, my wife reminded me that I already had software that could modify the PDF document. Had an issue updating my payment information

Had a need to update my payment information for Apilio. After entering the data, I kept receiving a message that authorization had failed. Checked with my institution and they had no transaction to work with to assist me. Checked with Apilio and, after trying to resolve it themselves, referred me to Paddle. Paddle worked with me and resolved my issue in 2 days. They provided the solution on the weekend which worked perfectly.

Dealt well with Shock auto renew

Both advised me about then handled the cancellation of an auto renewal that I didn’t expect and certainly didn’t want. Even the Bot worked OK, but I don’t like AI Bots so I have knocked off a mark, Good that things were concluded by a human being.
