Quality Products AND Customer Service!
I already really liked their products, and my most recent customer service experience with them was fantastic. I've used their MacPaw computer cleaner for years to keep my 2016 MacBook alive and functional. It finally kicked the bucket last year, and I forgot to cancel my subscription. These guys are great. Unknowingly, I had over time made 3 separate subscriptions to a great software product (but only used one).
