Turning a negative into a positve
I had a challenge with one of the companies that Paddle represents. When the third party did not reply my request for help, I asked Paddle for a refund. Paddle's response was almost immediate and they were so nice about it. I was so pleased. My money was returned no questions asked in a matter of days. Impressive

Easy refund help
Bought a product/subscription that ended up not being of any use/working and the little Kino virtual assistant was really helpful and straight to the point with helping me with my refund. Asked simple questions and gave generated responses for me to choose from and overall was just super simple and sweet. Though the product was of no help, the entire system and team was just well though through and easy to navigate. No frustrations here :)
