Turning a negative into a positve
I had a challenge with one of the companies that Paddle represents. When the third party did not reply my request for help, I asked Paddle for a refund. Paddle's response was almost immediate and they were so nice about it. I was so pleased. My money was returned no questions asked in a matter of days. Impressive
