Quickly fixed problems with my purchase

Immediate resolution of auto-debit issue
Never heard of Paddle before, just saw an auto-debit from them on my bank statement. Looked them up online, "chatted" w/their virtual assistant Kino, who instantly identified what the transaction was for, provided a link to cancel the subscription (3rd-party vendor, no longer needed) and completed the cancellation. Whole thing was done in under two minutes, faster than with a live agent. Bravo Kino/Paddle, well done, great customer service!

I accidentally took out a double…
I accidentally took out a double subscription with a company and when I cancelled one of them it was dealt with by Paddle. They were very efficient in the way they dealt with the problem. It was cancelled immediately and the help, feedback and communication I received from Paddle was excellent.
