I requested a refund on a software subscription I didn't realize would automatically renew. With just a few automatic questions and my explanation they processed the refund. Easiest transaction I ever had online!

Quick response to my query

I had a payment taken from my account by paddle.com which I didn't recognise. I emailed them to ask what it was for thinking it was a con. They replied with a few hours telling me what it was for, and sure enough it was a legitimate purchase. I'd forgotten I'd bought a computer item. Very quick response and good customer service.

The chat bot was brilliant!

I had an auto renew which I requested to be cancelled but was renewed all the same. I was expecting a fight but their online chat bot stopped my auto renew ands credited me in a matter of minutes. Very good service all round!
