Handy virtual assistant!

I was unexpectedly charged a subscription fee that I had forgotten about. I went to the Paddle website and the virtual assistant was quickly able to give me a link to cancel my subscription and then process a refund. Brilliant. Took less than 5 minutes and I am relieved to have got my money back.

Very good just need to explain who they are

I was receiving mystery charges to my account from Paddle. I contacted them and they immediately explained they are the retailer that sell software for smaller firms. Everything was correct and they were swift and polite. If they just told people who they were it would have been easier

Swift refund time. Got my money in less than 5 days..

I bought a software and it turned out not to be what I wanted, I wrote them and they responded swiftly and a refund was made almost immediately. Excellent service for you guys. A 5 star from me.
