Easiest hassle-free customer service ever.

I had an accidental renewal of product that I noticed. I emailed and got an email back within minutes. They included a convenient link to cancel, which only took two clicks. I was able to request a refund from the chatbot, which only took a few keystrokes. No hassle, very easy, I am super impressed. Easiest customer service experience EVER, and I was cancelling and asking for money back. Impressive!!
