Excellent customer service
Paddle is a billing firm for internet businesses, they bill you for the service you bought. They collect the money only. I was wrongly billed for a service I hadn't subscribed too. The paddle people responded rapidly to me and told me who changed me, and whom to contact to get a refund. They followed up to make sure the problem was resolved. Excellent customer service from them.
