Unwanted billing for $59.90
I was going to be billed for a software whose contract was over. The company assumed a "yes" by default so that they did not asked me whether I wanted to continue or not. I wrote to Paddle and they treated my very respectfully and solved the problem

So far so good. Timely clear communication. Said they'd get back to me in a few days. I requested a refund that was supposed to be guaranteed. I ordered the product 2 days ago so lets see if they honor it but like I said so far so good.

Best Online Service ever
I bought this, and unfortunately, while a fantastic product-- it wouldn't work on my sons phone. I assumed I'd been ripped off and was afraid a refund would be difficult- and y'all, it was easy and quick and absolutely painless to immediately cancel and get my money back! I only wish I could use the product as the customer service is EXCELLENT. Thanks Paddle!
