Nothing but Praise for Paddle Support

The purchase for an app went very well, and though the seller immediately acknowledged receipt of the money failed to send the registration key. Despite it being Saturday afternoon I tried my luck with Paddle support and had a quick chat with Kino, their delightful bot. I never expected instant response but to my amazement, the mail message came within a few minutes. Hats off to Paddle for their outstanding help.

Be smart and go straight to paddle.net to resolve any issue or request a refund. I made a huge mistake by responding to the email address I got my purchase confirmation from. Even though the website offered a 60 day money back guarantee the person I was emailing continued to tell me I need a reason to get a refund and even though the reason she gave seemed like exactly what I was dealing with she still only offered me half my refund. Wonderful Customer Service

I questioned a recurring charge on my account and sent a very general email to get the ball rolling. I started with a bot...but the BEST bot I've ever encountered. It knew at what point to put me in touch with a real live person. That person took care of my issue immediately. Best customer service I've encountered in a long time. Thank you!

Lost my mac (for a while) and until I am able to replace my desktop, my CleanMyMac subscription was superfluous. I had missed the resub turnover date, but my request for a refund was unquestioned and incredibly prompt. When I am back on a desktop mac, I will definitely use CleanMyMac again.
