The service from this online company… was fantastic
The service from this online company was fantastic. I purchased an annual subscription for an old computer, and then I forgot all about it. So when the money was taken from my account I suspected fraud. It was entirely my mistake. I contacted Macpaw and explained the situation and pretty much wrote off the money as my own idiot mistake. Unbelievably, they refunded my money, immediately, with no arguments or anything. I was astounded. Never experienced a genuinely helpful and proactive ...

Actually the bot I first talked to was extremely smart and pleasant. Then it referred my request to a real human, who subsequently cancelled my subscription as per my request. Good experience all around.

I requested a refund
I requested a refund because I could no longer afford to use their awesome service, and not only did they promptly get back with me, but they had this cute assistant named Kino that helped me in a fast and easy manner. I have 0 complaints regarding this company or it's voicemod product, voicemod itself is great and is easy to use and setup, it is also quite fun :)

What do you like best about Paddle? Paddle is easy to use, and they have excellent customer support. What I like most about them is how they go beyond payment and are very efficient at taking care of tax margins, retention emails sent to your customers, and invoices.
