PayPal Charge
I did not recognize a charge from Paddle on my Paypal account but thanks to the info included with the charge I was able to contact Paddle.com and chat with the on-line Paddle rep & the issue was resolved to my satisfaction in a matter of minutes. I had forgotten what the charge was for. Great service!

Stuck at one of the order screens
had a problem in the purchasing process where it got stuck at the country selection screen. it was quickly solved after few email exchanges by a recommendation to try a different browser.
